It is a noticeable difference already alone with SweetFX and I can only imagine how the graphic would look like using an ENB graphic mod like you can get for Sykrim. I have tried 'Realvision' (the performance option), 'Project ENB', and 'Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB', and all of them have given me around 40fps, with some dips into the 30s. In this video you will see the use of SweetFX with ESO, toggled on and off. To get a very ENB like look with a SweetFX mod is possible, bet hard. I suggest Ultimate Lighting Overhaul as your SweetFX mod it is very realistic in it's design. This was however not the case, as with the ENB's I have tried so far, none of them give what I would call playable fps (60 fps most of the time). Make sure that the drd9.dll you need for ENBoost is still in your Skyrim folder, otherwise you won't get the effect of ENBoost. I assumed I would have enough headroom for any enb, since only around 30% of the gpus max ability was being used. the gou stays around 900mhz at 50% usage, so the fps is always pegged at 60, except for certain places like cities where the cpu core gets maxed and the fps tanks to 20-30.

So my modded version of the game (only around 40 mods), runs quite well on my 780ti at 1440p.
